Hi @dragondefeu76 ,
Thank you for reaching out.
There may be a conflict with the Divi theme, especially if custom additions or Theme Builder layouts are being used.
Could you please try setting the related products display mode to Default in the plugin’s related products settings and check whether the section appears on the product page?
If it still does not appear, Divi may be overriding or disabling the default WooCommerce related products section. In that case, please check whether Divi Theme Builder has a related products module/section that needs to be added or enabled in the product template.
Regarding dynamic products: yes, the related products can be dynamic. If categories and tags are enabled under the Display related products from option, the plugin will show products based on each product’s categories and tags. Alternatively, you can manually set related products from the Linked Products section on individual product edit pages.
Thanks. Well, I tried it in default mode and it still doesn’t work; I can’t see anything. Maybe with short code ? But I dont know
So I updated to Woo 10.7 and Divi 5.3.3—the latest versions—thinking that might fix the problem, but nothing is still showing up even in defaut mode
Hi @dragondefeu76 ,
Thanks for trying that out and for updating to the latest versions.

To be honnest, I disable the plugin and found another way. Anyway, thank you.
