Hello, first of all thanks for this great complement.
I am using the free version, I plan to update soon if it complements working well.
I need to know why it does not generate an expiration date for members who register or pay for membership.
Only “Never” appears, shows the registration date but not the expiration date.
This happens to me in the admin panel, if you help me.

Hi there,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

This is correct if you are using a membership level that has recurring payments (you shouldn’t set the expiration date – here’s an article why https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/important-notes-on-recurring-billing-and-expiration-dates-for-membership-levels/)

Members are able to cancel their memberships at any point in time.

I hope this helps clear things up.
