You can scan tickets with the Android and iOS mobile apps available for FREE as you can see it here https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/mobile-app/
You just need to allow API Access to the app(s) – you can find more info about that here https://tickera.com/tickera-documentation/settings/api-access/

I am sorry I did hurt you, I was wrong and I changed my rating. There seems to be some kind of problem why qr code is not generated on ticket on my installation.
