Does WordPress offers you to have some dash board where I can drag drop videos, images, texts etc. To create my own design.
WordPress doesn’t do it by default, but you can use plugins to add that functionality. There are many different plugins offering such features, so you’d have to try some of them and see what you like. You can also look for reviews online and pick what you like. Totally depends on how much customization you want to do…
Lots of themes today have everything what you need so may need much of coding needed…
Also plugins to large extent will help you to limit the coding so that much of basic site can be controlled via the backend.

I want to put my images, videos , text with my designed theme . may be color changing too. uploading videos, images or texts at some different places which are not in the wordpress theme. or may be i wanna delete already existing things.
so can any one suggest me how i will do it.

acc to me whatu shld do is go for theme(lots of free + paid ones ) look out for which is the closest to what you have in mind and then start building things one by own remove the unwated things and add your own stuff.

Hosting for wordpress there are million ones out there …
Usually people go for hosting which is easy to contact incase of emergneci I dont know where are you from… I use one.com and proisp
But really doesnt matter for small sites just see its has good backend a cpanel supported one helps and offers you affordable rates..
