Display minimum and maximum discounted price

Hi there,
I need to display on a custom PHP template the product minimum and maximum discounted price in order to make a price sorting system work on discounted prices too. Is there a way to create an IF statement to check if the product is discounted? How to display min and max discounted prices in a variable product?

I looked for a solution here but I couldn’t find or identify what can be helpful for doing this.
