Discounted price not applied correctly

Using the plugin with Woocmmerce Bookings and Discount Plus plugins.
At checkout the user is displayed a 50% advance payment in the cart for his booking of a room. During the checkout steps the 50% payment is correctly displayed, but not until the last step is reached, where a confirmation of the booking comes with the ID and total to be paid. Here the 50% advance payment disappears and the full sum is displayed instead which shouldn’t happen. That is, your plugin omits that there is a 50% discount applied automatically to the total and displays the full sum of the booking at the end of the process before the card payment. Tried various discount plugins – same problem. Disabled your plugin and the discount is displayed correctly now. What can be the problem with your plugin and the discounts?
