Discount after some subtotal

    Is it possible to set a discount of some percentage for every dollar over some value in the cart subtotal?
    For example, for every dollar over 200$, customers get a 10% discount so when their subtotal is 250, the discount is 5$, when it is 1000, the discount is (1000-200)*10%=80$
