• The plugin seems legit but having trouble getting the form to submit on mobile reliably. Paid the $50 just to get customer service which has not replied to my last 3 emails. Unfortunately will have to take this charge up with my bank and claim fraud. Very frustrating.

    Hi @johnnywoodward,

I think we may have been out of office for the weekend but I can confirm that your customer service inquiry has been replied to. It seems you are experiencing an SMTP issue which is known WordPress issue that occurs with every WordPress form plugin. Please reply to the ticket for immediate assistance.

    Thank you!

Hi, thank you for the response. I checked email again. Received this communication but nothing from WeForms.

I’m sorry to hear that you didn’t receive the last communication from premium support. It has to be some issue with the ticket itself sending through to our system. If you still need the refund please try again and I will have our reps on the lookout. I’ll notify you here as soon as we receive your request there to ensure you received it.

For your SMTP issue, it seems your site is using the built-in WordPress mailer which sends mail via a php mailer and is not very reliable.  This issue will persist no matter which form plugin you use.  What you should do is install an SMTP plugin to establish an SMTP connection, which is more reliable, and send mail that way.

    I really hope this helps.

I’m trying to get the form to collect the data inputted. I don’t care if it sends an email. Is this the same thing? When someone tries to submit their form, it just spins occasionally.

Hi @johnnywoodward, to troubleshoot the issue of the you may need to check your console for JavaScript conflicts. Here’s how you can do this.

    Check for JavaScript Conflicts:

    • In some cases, the spinning may be due to JavaScript conflicts with your theme or other plugins. Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-One) and deactivate other plugins to see if the form works correctly.

    Ensure AJAX Submissions are Enabled:

    • Under weForms > Settings, ensure AJAX is enabled for submissions. This helps forms process smoothly without needing a full page reload, which may resolve the spinning issue.

    Clear Cache:

    • If you’re using a caching plugin, clear your site cache to ensure any recent changes to the form or settings are reflected on the front end.

Also make sure weForms is updated to the latest version, as updates can include bug fixes for common issues like this. If the spinning continues after these steps, please let me know, and we can look into more targeted troubleshooting options.

I hope this helps. I really want to get this up and running for you!
