Disappointing experience

I tried to set up the plugin and it wasn’t working properly, so I installed it on my sharing site. Still couldn’t get it to work, so I sent a message through the plugin website for assistance. (The docs did not address the problem.) Never got a response. I went back to work on the problem again a few weeks later and was prompted to upgrade my license since I had had the plugin installed on the staging site for too long. Well, it may not have been there so long if I had received a response to my question. I sent another message through the website explaining the situation and said that if they weren’t going to reply to assist me, I wanted a refund. I was given a refund with no communication. If you’re going to create a plugin that doesn’t work properly and frankly has very confusing menu settings that are not well explained in the documentation, it would be appreciated if you responded to a customer’s question. I’m glad I got the refund but what I really wanted was an answer to my question and assistance getting the plugin to work correctly. Now I’ll be looking for another one.
