Disappointing

I cannot recommend this plugin. I paid for the pro version because I had read good things about the customer support. While the app developer did respond in a timely manner, he did not solve a major problem with the app – namely, that it could not handle past subscribers. I was told that an update over the next couple of weeks would solve this issue but the update never came. I emailed the developer to check in on this while I did my best to keep the paying members on my site who could not access my content anymore happy. Eventually, the developer told me that it wasn’t his top priority. With members growing increasingly upset, I was forced to switch to a new plugin. I asked the developer of WP Full Stripe for a refund, which he refused to grant me on the basis that the product worked and that it had been longer than 30 days (it had been 34 days and most of that time was patiently waiting for the developer to release a promised update, which never happened). I am giving this plugin a rating of 2 stars instead of one because it technically works to add new subscribers. The plugin that I switched to is free and works much better if you don’t mind using PayPal instead of Stripe. It is called Simple Membership.
