I am working on a website for a client, and this plugin seems to be causing me a lot of issues. If I have this plugin enabled, then on the product page, the variation option is not clickable, and it also gives me a bunch of errors in the console. Disabling this plugin resolves everything.

It doesn’t seem to be a conflict with any other plugin, as it happens with just two plugins installed. Now my client really needs to use this plugin, so I’m at a stage were I’m trying to disable any of the assets loading on a specific page.

Can the developers of this plugin please provide me with some pointers. I know this is an unusual case, and even more unusual to not load the assets on one specific page, but right now this is the only option we have as its crucial that the client uses this plugin.

Hi @developerneil, thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there may be a plugin or theme conflict somewhere.

To address instances where the plugin is not functioning correctly, you can verify and attempt the following troubleshooting steps:

    • Verify the latest plugin version is being used (v2.8.3 at the time of this post).
    • Switch themes to the default WooCommerce one, deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Mailchimp for WooCommerce, and test the scenario again – ideally in a staging enviornment.
    • Test for conflicts by following this guide, WooCommerce: Fixing Theme and Plugin Conflicts: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
    • Review any log errors in the plugin’s logs tab
    • Check for possible caching issues caused by the hosting provider.

Can you provide some example error logs? Also, if you’d like please enable Remote Diagnostics in the plugin’s Settings tab and reply back with the store URL.

    Thanks!
