Disable Pagination?

    How do you disable pagination? By default, the pagination option is unchecked in my settings, yet pagination is still set to display 10 products. I have my theme settings set to use the twentyeleven template, and I’ve tried hard coding the pagination number to 100 before pagination would occur. Nothing. Any insights? I don’t know what else to try. Thanks so much!
