What dimensions should the logo be and what are the dimensions for the background?

Is there just exact dimensions of the pdf that is printed out? I want to do a nice custom background for this.

Greetings Idesigns:

Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! The certificate scales the background/border image to fill the entire certificate. My sample background I use to test is width 1100px and height of 850px and can be found here: http://www.wpclipart.com/page_frames/school/certificate_template.png

The logo needs to be less than around 250px x 250px.

That worked perfectly.

Now what are the styles for the username? I want to style the color and possibly margins. Is that possible?
