    Hi there,

I’ve downloaded your plugin and it seemed very easy to use. I’ve selected all data I wanted to get to my Excel file and got it out of it.

When I opened the Excel file, I got these columns:

    post_title,”post_name”,”sku”,”regular_price”,”sale_price”

All columns where shown in column A.

However, why is it not shown in column A, B, C, D and E as I selected 5 different fields? It’s not really structured and it does not help me with the overview of my prices within Excel 🙁

  • Hi @jeroen-marketing,

Our plugin outputs the CSV with comma as default delimiter whereas the delimiter preference in your PC settings might not be a comma.

Go to your system Control Panel>Language settings>Change date, time, number formats>Click on additional settings> For List separator, specify a comma ( , ), it might be a semicolon now.

You have the option to choose CSV delimiter in the premium version.

Let us know if any query.

Okay, sorry it’s a bit to vague for me. I’ll search for a different plugin.
