depricated functions has_cap and user_level

    I got some errors after activation:
    has_cap is depricated since WP 2.0
    user_level is depricated please use roles or capabilities

    the original errors in German language
    “Notice: has_cap wurde mit einem Parameter oder Argument aufgerufen, der seit Version 2.0 veraltet ist! Die Benutzung von user_level in Plugins und Themes ist veraltet. Nutze stattdessen das Abfragen von roles oder capabilities. in ……../wp-includes/functions.php on line 3017”

    I found one old style user_level permission in the code and have updated it to the roles level permission.

    Version 4.2.9 has been published with the update.
    Please let me know if you have any trouble.
