    Hi Support Candy,

How do we delete tickets? Sometimes there is spam or other unwanted tickets or duplicates.

    This results in incorrect reporting.

We have the full subscription to your plugin.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Also, you recently did a fix for attachments on Windows server. We still have an issue on the Linux Server, whereby we need to upgrade or downgrade from PHP 7.2 to 7.3 and visa versa.

Has anyone else been reporting this issue?

    Hello,

Please click here to see the video on how to delete the tickets. If you want to permanently delete the ticket then click on the “Deleted” filter and then delete temporarily deleted tickets.

Please create a ticket on our support page regarding attachment-related issue. One of our agents will help you with this.

Thank you for the quick response.

This feature seems to be turned off > Auto Delete Tickets?

Not to sure where to enable this for Admin.

I will log a support ticket for attachment issue.

Thank you for all the help.
