Deleted it and still getting google index errors!!

I used it for a while and it was great. However, after I created my Google webmasters account I started seeing errors where google was trying to index certain “pages” from ckeditor. For instance I get a 404 not found error for this “wp-content/plugins/ckeditor-for-wordpress/ckeditor/” and about 10 others. I finally deleted the plugin a couple weeks ago but I am still getting the crawl errors from google. I have searched online and can’t find any answers.
