Delete chat plugin

    I want to disable the chat plugin completely. I’ve found several code snippets here, but they don’t work at all.

    How do I remove it from my site completely?

    Hi @hek1980,

    In order to deactivate the Chat plugin, you can simply click on the “Deactivate” link in the “Installed Plugins” section of your WordPress admin dashboard. You can also remove the plugin folder & files from the wp-content/plugins folder in your installation.

    Hi,

    Well no, the chat plugin on my site is part of the facebook for woocommerce plugin. I have no option to deactivate the chat option. I might be in the wrong forum, but maybe you do know how I fix this?

    This support forum is for the standalone Chat plugin, so unfortunately I wouldn’t know how to advise on this issue. It might be better to post in the support forum for the Woocommerce plugin, for advice regarding this.
