• It is possible to set default Category and default Priority as a preselected value instead of force customers to select(now nothing is preselected, so they always choose “High” at Priority).

    In my experience if customers are forced to select a priority(as long as preselected is empty field) they always choose “High”. Any other Support Desk let you set as default a preselected at Priority for example “Medium” and if customers want to change will change.

    If you intend to add preselected option(to be as default) at:
    -Priority(I think all we need Medium as default, customer will can change this)
    -Category

    Please consider to add from Settings -> FAQ Categories to can be set as default a chosen category(not All).
