    I was specifically looking for a plugin that would support Skype for my visitors to call me or start a chat. While it is listed in the features and a picture in the screenshots, it is NOT available unless you pay for a pro edition.

    If your rating is based on something is not free then we can not do anything to it as any developer or team it is require to earn something what they working for full time and for their survival.
