Deactivating the Jetpack Mobile Theme

I am having trouble with deactivating the Jetpack mobile theme. I accidentally turned it on in “theme enhancements” and even when I disable it now, my blog still has the Jetpack mobile theme when I go to my website on my phone. Any suggestions? I have already cleared my browser cache as well.
