Deactivates Widget Page in WP backend
-
Hi
Every time I activate this plug in it prevents me from accessing my widgets page in the Appearance>Widgets in WP back end.
Is this a problem you have encountered before and is there an easy way around it?

Hi,
This shouldn’t happen. If you deactivate all other plugins besides PMS can you access Appearance -> Widgets?
Do you see any error notices? Did you test this logged in as Admin?
Best regards,
Hi Teodore
Yes, it seems it was being corrupted by another plugin which I have now disabled. Thanks for your reply.
I have fixed the issue with the widgets page but I have now run in to a few other small problems.
I have been testing the membership registrations via another browser. When I sign up for any of the membership levels it does not direct me to PayPal for the paid membership levels. I am using PayPal standard and have included the email address on the PMS settings page. Is there another step that must be completed?
Also, all new registrations are being logged as “Subscriber” even though I have attributed an individual User role for each subscription. Might this have anything to do with each user being redirected to the WP login screen when you attempt to log in as a registered user?
I should add that when the registered user goes to their User page the membership level they signed up to is not attributed to them. It just states “you have no membership levels associated with your account”.
Hi,
It seems like the payment is not completed. If you go to PMS -> Payments is the status set to Pending? Do you see the Transaction ID?
You will need to set up the IPN in your PayPal account. Also you will need an SSL certificate.
Do you use a Business PayPal account?
Best regards,
Hi Teodor
I have moved on to another plug in. Thanks for your responses all the same. Good luck.
