    Hello guys,
    I’m getting the Data Validation Error everytime when trying to Add a Review trough the button, the form appears, but on submitting get the error and the “BACK” button is narrow.

    I’m not using recaptcha, but have recaptcha v3 activated for woocommerce, tried to deactivate for comments and reviews, still the same.

    It is possible that there is a conflict between CusRev and another plugin or theme. Please follow the solution below to troubleshoot this issue.

    Hello, thank you for your fast response.
    Installed the health check and activated just the theme, cusrev and woocommerce and it still happens. Thought it could be something related to captcha as it shows errors on inspection, but on health check mode No error and it still occurs.

    Well guys, somehow the error just disappeared.
    If possible want to know if the following is possible:
    Allow to show the “Add a review” button even if the product has no reviews yet, because right now it’s not appearing.

    Thanks for your additional information.

    If you want to add new reviews, please use the standard reviews section of WooCommerce. I will inform our development team to consider supporting this case with the all reviews shortcode.

    Ok, right.
    Meanwhile, regarding the option “show reviews in all languages” I have it activated and it shows all reviews on woocommerce reviews default tab, but not on your plugin. So don’t think it’s something related with WPML.

    Hi,

    Can you please deactivate all plugins except CusRev, WooCommerce, WPML plugins and switch to a standard theme of WordPress to see if it helps?
