Hi the form data is not being saved to my database. Please let me know how I can fix this. All plugins are updated to latest version.

If you create a new form right now and try it, does it work? I want to understand if this is one new form that is the problem or all new forms.

My form doesn’t even show up in the list to choose from when going to see data.
