Hi @morsem31,
I hope things are going well for you.
The WordPress Dashboard Screen Options work dynamically, which means that if you’re in posts/pages/menu locations, it will fetch the available options.
If some options are hidden, this may be due to a conflict or role restriction. Please navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > Click on Screen Options in the top-right corner and see if you get the Link Target & CSS Classes.
Also ensure you’re having a Admin role in the site.
may you please help Restore missing dashboard options in your WordPress site.
Can you share a screenshot of the issue? Please check if you’re seeing any errors in the browser console. Once we have a clearer picture, we can share more views. You can follow this guide to check for browser console errors: https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/debug/debug-javascript/.
Lastly, if the above suggestion doesn’t work, you can conduct a conflict test on the site, but ensure you have a recent backup of the site.
You can refer to this guide to perform a conflict test:
https://learn.wordpress.org/lesson/troubleshooting-your-site-plugin-and-theme-conflicts/
