    Supervisors are shown all the statistics for all tickets for all states. However, when there are multiple Supervisors, this is not really useful Dashboard.

    Instead a Supervisor should only be shown relevant statistics – those where the Supervisor is involved as Raised-by or Assigned To the ticket. This would allow Supervisors to focus on their priorities. Optionally you could allow Supervisors to view all ticket statistics for their assigned Categories.

    All statistics should be shown only to ticket Admins.
