Hi! Nice plugin! I have a question.

We need our PDF output from the link to look as close as possible (without header and footer of course) in terms of how the text is vertically packed and layout.
I found the settings place for custom css but I’m uncertain just what to use – other than some basics like the ‘a’ selector, it doesn’t seem to honor the css classes rendered on the page.

Here’s a screenshot of what the current output looks like.

I can’t get the image from that link to load here.

    Hi,
I’m not sure what exactly is rendering the content on this page: events.sturgis.com/events-by-venue, but based on my tests, our plugin is unable to retrieve the content from the database.

It seems that the content output is handled either by another plugin or the theme itself. This isn’t a regular post, and it looks like the data is stored in a non-standard way — which results in a completely blank page from our side.

Unfortunately, unless we get access to the website to investigate further, we won’t be able to help with this. Please note that our plugin is not compatible with every third-party plugin.

    Hi

It’s a plugin called Advanced Classifieds and Directory Pro.

I managed to make the original page I was working on work more or less the way we wanted and it got a URL change to https://events.sturgis.com/event_print/ later yesterday…. if you want to look at it again. Sorry about that…. still a bit confused as to what css is allowable through your plugin though.

    Hi,
Our developer has seen the page, but in order to apply styles properly, we need to understand exactly what data our plugin is receiving.
That’s why we still need access to the admin area.

If it’s not possible to share access here, please create a new ticket in our support system and provide the credentials there — the ticket will be private and only visible to our team.
Here is the link to create a new ticket: https://support.bestwebsoft.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If that’s also not an option, please describe in detail what exactly needs to be changed:
    Reduce the spacing between lines?
    Remove some elements?
