The plugin is active but the customizer only shows a blank grey screen. I have re-installed the plugin 6 times. I have deactivated all other plugins. It still does not work.

You don’t need to worry, I am here to assist you. Seems like you are having issue of plugin conflict on your side.

Could you please share the log file with us on our support form so we can look into it?

You can find the logfile from LoginPress -> Help from the left sidebar of WordPress Dashboard.
