Customers Can’t Log In | Time Out Errors

    My customers are getting time out errors when logging in to their accounts. I traced the errors and it looks like the woocommerce plugin tries to make some hooks to a missing script: woocommerce/includes/class-wc-subscriptions-cart.php (no such file of directory)

    The only forum topic I found that may be related to this is: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/causes-login-via-woocommerce-account-page-to-fail/

    I use the Woocommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway, and followed what others tried to resolve the issue, but it is still happening. Others said disabling the plugin or removing “smart buttons” helped, but wasn’t a fix.

    Hope to get this resolved so my customers can log in without issues.

    Woocommerce and wordpress are all up to date.

    Hi @ctjsnew,

    If I understand correctly, you mention that disabling the PayPal Checkout plugin didn’t resolve the issue. Is that correct?

    If that’s the case, then the issue is likely not related to that plugin – otherwise it should’ve been fixed by disabling.

    I tested this on a site of my own, running the latest version of WooCommerce and PayPal Checkout, but I wasn’t able to reproduced – so, it doesn’t look to be a widespread bug, rather something specific to your site’s setup. Because of this, I’d recommend you start with conflict testing.

    After updating WooCommerce to its latest version, try switching your theme to the free Storefront theme, then disable all plugins from the site – except for WooCommerce – and check if the problem persists.

    @fhaps we did a full conflict test, and actually found that a plugin called wc-dynamic-pricing-and-discounts was causing the time out errors on the login page. We have disabled the plugin, and found an alternative. Thank you for your time!
