Customers cannot enroll to event again

Hey guys
I created a new event. I have some customers, that envrolled to a previous event. Now the cannot enroll, because they cannot enroll to their account (email already exists).I see two options to solve:
1. They can log in into to the site. Where can I engage that? How can I activate the button?
2. There will be no user-account (I like that). Is it possible to stop that?Best
