I’ve been reaching out for customer service now for 2 months and cannot get a reply. I’m now getting very impatient and have come to expect much better service than this. What in the world is going on?

Anyone going to bother answering my urgent question? i believe this is of high importance, i’m sure you would not want to lose your hard worked on website unnecessarily either, please bear this in mind while you consider when getting back to me.

We offer Woocommerce plugin solutions such as extensions to list your Woocommerce products t eBay and Amazon. I think you may have our company confused with another company, maybe WPlab themes: https://wplab.us/category/themes/
Sorry but our company does not offer website management, we offer extensions for Woocommerce.

Hi,
I would like to add my brand’s logo to the website links that are shared on WhatsApp. WordPress is using Astra theme and CSS Coding and is not accepting HTML Coding. Request you to suggest wayarounds so that I can insert my brand’s logo to the website links that I share on WhatsApp.

A lot more people will see your post, and that way you stand a good chance of getting the assistance you want.
