    Hello,

    How to setup not forcing customer to provide phone number while printing label?
    All clients do not like to disclose there privacy and phone is a very important part.

    Please advise. Thanks in advance!

    Hi @cfm168,

    The method we’re using behind the scenes to purchase USPS labels through WooCommerce Services requires us to provide a phone number when doing so. This isn’t a setting that can be bypassed at this time.

    Then is it possible to achieve to be pre-filled with store owner’s phone number as option for customer who does not want to provide his number?

    Hi there,

    It wouldn’t be possible to pre-fill this information, but you can certainly use the store owners number as a workaround in this case.
