Custom Sorting the Filter

I need to customize the filter sort settings.

Right now the filter defaults to alphabetical order. For example, on this page, the filter reads “(All) Compliance, Security, Technology.”

For branding reasons, I need the filter to read, “Technology, Compliance, Security.” How would I go about this?
