Custom post type + query

Hello.

The topic might suggest that I’m trying to develop something in my website, but I’m not.
I’m merely looking for a plugin to handle this.
So let me explain.
I want to add a custom post type to my website called “Certificates”. It will have some fields and input like name, featured image, serial number, etc.
This of course can be done by some awesome plugins we all know.
What I don’t know, is that, if there’s a plugin which lets me use a custom query of a custom post-type on my front-end, that can ask users for serial numbers of certificates (in my case) and shows them the image of the certificate they searched for.
Your help is highly appreciated.
