Custom Geo Search Query

I’m looking at customizing a form to add some custom search options. I’ve tried really hard to find something that works and haven’t had any luck.

Long story short, here are my goals:

1.) To get members by category (within geolocation).

2) To offer a query that would search the tasks users do (within geolocation).

3.) Set up a shortcode for #1 and #2 for task search and category search.

*The category and the task are entered into the db as wp_usermeta through Ultimate Member and labeled with a tag name.

I’m using the users locator.

Any ideas on the fastest way to get this done?

Also, off Topic, but I’ve been using your plugin for a couple years and might as well get these out in a single message.

4.) Have you looked into defaulting the user location to their IP rather than defaulting to a fixed location?

5.) The user has a location page, but as an admin going to the user’s profile, I can’t change their location, Would it be hard to hook an admin option in the settings dropdown on the user profiles.
