Hi,

1. We have some custom fields in user profile (like product names have purchased) and will like to show those products, over his ticket.

Is there a way to do do?

2. Is there a way to open the ticket through code? for example our product has a builtin support fields (that will email to us), we will need that to open ticket instead of sending email?

Hi there,

There is no way to do so by functionality for both of the question.

We provide paid customization if you want. Please create new ticket for customization request on plugin site if interested.

Please note, for customized product, we do not offer update. i.e. you will not able to update the plugin after customization.
