Custom fields and CSS

I was wondering if there is a way to modify the css for custom fields so it stands out from the customer input.

The problem: In a completed review, the formatting of the question in the custom field is exactly the same weight and font size as the customer’s response. This makes it very difficult to determine which is the form’s question and which is the client’s response.

I’ve gone through wp-customer-reviews.css and can’t seem to find anything relating to this.
