Custom Fields?

Regarding your question, you can add new custom fields by navigating to your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Forms -> edit your desired form (Register or Edit Profile). There will be a Tab on the left sidebar called New Fields. This is where you can add new fields to your forms. In case you wish to use the classic form builder, you can always switch by navigating to your Dashboard -> Profile Builder -> Settings -> Advanced Settings -> Forms -> scroll down and select Classic.
