    I recently encountered issues with my CusRev account.

    1. Am now unable to reply to reviews and publicly share my replies.

    2. Cannot create social media review shares on CusRev

    3. When searching for my CusRev shop it appears to have disappeared

    The notifications say, reviews were received in Private Mode. However I haven’t made any settings changes to my account recently. So very confused about what is going on!?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Thank you for using CusRev.

    That means the mode is set to Private. Please go to Reviews > Settings > CusRev.com tab > Mode: Live, to publish replies to resolve those issues.

    It is possible that the Trust Badges option in the old version is disabled so when updating to the new version, the mode is set to Private automatically.
