    Hello,

    In the case were a customer purchases in the same order :

    • 1 x bundle product A that contains
      • 1 x product B
      • 1 x product C
    • and 6 x product B

    … then :

    1. what will be the products list on the reminder e-mail ?
    2. what will be the products list to review on the form ?

    In the two cases, it can be (depending on your code) : A + B + C + B, or just A + B + C, or just A + B, or just B + C.

    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    The bundle product is not a standard product type of the WooCommerce plugin so I’m not sure how it works. But the products in the WooCommerce order will be sent to the customer to submit reviews in the review form. From my experience, just B + C products in the review form.

    I’ve made some tets. In the case were a customer purchases in the same order :

    … then :

    1. the products list on the reminder e-mail is : A + B + C + B
    2. products list to review on the form is : A + B

    This lacks coherence. How can we harmonize this ? My best scenario would be : only the products inside the bundle + no duplicate produits between “normal” products of the order and products inside the bundle.

    I’m afraid that there isn’t an option to customize this. Can you please let me know which plugin that you are using to create the bundle product?
