    Jetpack doesn’t control the basic plugin and theme editors, so it shouldn’t create any issue with these.

    Your hosting provider, however, might block access to these editors. Access might also be disabled in your site’s wp-config.php file, as explained here:

    Could you check if that constant is added to your site, and if it is, try to disable it?
