CSS code not working for table, td, tr tags

Hello,

I have a question. How can I apply the style for such tags as <table><td><tr>?

I’ve style like on this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/ejvuci
But after generating the page to PDF I got the following example – http://prntscr.com/ejvv0l – without padding, margins, and border.

I’ve also added the additional style here – http://prntscr.com/ejvw5u
But unfortunately, its now work for me.

Can you explain?
