Cropped thumbs in GMC

    Hello,

    Thank you for the wonderful plugin.

    I have uploaded my first feed on GMC.

    The problem is that my images in woocommerce are rectangles (as they’re books), but uploaded images in GMC seems that are being cropped to squares.

    How can I resolve this issue?

    Hi,

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us. Sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your product images. Our plugin doesn’t transform the product images, nor does it have a feature for doing so. Our plugin only puts the URL/path of your WooCommerce images and puts those in your product feed.

    I am afraid its Google who does the cropping, we can’t solve that for you.

    Hello,

    thanks for your response.

    Then it could be a suggestion for a future release of your plugin, in order to create dedicated thumbs according to GMC specs… Or as a premium option.
