Hi, I have installed the Pro version, but I can’t get the cron to work. In the hosting they tell me that everything is correct, any idea?

I’m sorry to hear you got a problem.

Is the problem still there? Sometimes the cron takes time to launch.
If yes can you send me thought email (contact@magic-post-thumbnail.com) your settings (cf https://i.ibb.co/znjqQRF/Settings-MPT-Freemius-Word-Press.jpg) and if possible your log file (cf https://i.ibb.co/v1RQhrf/Settings-MPT-Freemius-Word-Press-2.jpg)
