Critical Error – Settings

    Hello,

    I cannot access the settings page in the WP backend as I’m receiving the “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” error message.

    The plugin is updated to the latest version and the WP version is 5.3.2. PHP version is 7.0.19.

    Steps I’ve made to troubleshoot:
    – Deactivated all plugins
    – update WP version to latest
    – Delete & reinstall plugin
    – Tried two different user admin accounts & made sure they were selected as an agent on the user page
    – Switched to TwentyTwenty theme
    – Works on another site on the same server
    – No error in console other than 500 error

    All other features seem to work correctly, I can access the other pages and use the chat.

    Any guidance would be appreciated! Thanks!

    Hi @ivioagency ,
    may you check your php log files and provide us the error produced by that? If you received an email on admin’s email it also contains the error.
