Hello @emilrueh Thanks for reaching out. So we can understand more on this error you’re encountering can you share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred.
    2. Can you share a screenshot of this error displaying where this occurs, including the view post page?
    3. Has this just started to occur recently, or did you just enable error reporting to notice this now?

Once we have the above information we can investigate this further. I’m unsure of the cause at this point. If you have the IdeaHub module connected you may wish to temporarily disconnect this and check for the same error once more (Site Kit > Settings > Idea Hub > Edit > Disconnect Idea Hub from Site Kit).

    3. It just occured, unsure what changed and/or caused the issue.

note: Google Site Kit may be at the current moment deactivated. If so we will share necessary information again.

@emilrueh thanks for providing the information. We have had other reports of this and are investigating. In the meantime to clear this error message you have a couple of options:

    1. You can disconnect the Idea Hub module from your Site Kit. As soon as the issue has been resolved we will let you know so you can once more connect the Idea Hub module.

    or

    2. If you are comfortable with it, you should be able to use a plugin such as Transients Manager to clear your transients which may fix the problem. If not, then I’d suggest option 1 until there is a fix in place. Once the Transients plugin is installed search for googlesitekit_idea_hub and delete the following value shown in this screenshot.

@emilrueh Thanks for your patience as we investigated this issue. We’ve released a fix for this as part of v1.50.0, which was released today. If you update your plugin you should be good to go!

I’ll mark this topic as resolved, but if you’re still having trouble or have any other questions about Site Kit, feel free to open a new topic.
