• I am trying to create an audience in inside of Google Analytics which contains everyone who has converted via a lead form. I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Can you help me with understanding why this shows only 11 users, when this account has 1000’s of conversions in the past year alone? I put the date back to 2011 and it still does not correctly show the connversions in this audience. I get the same result when checking another clients GA account who has significant conversions.

    Hi,

A new audience will only include users of the past 30 days. So the question is how much goals you had within this time period.
Next, you should validate your goals. Do they have a proper URL and the proper match time (exact or begins with or regex depending on the URL structure of your site)

You could also test to create this segment/audience using the “Page” dimension and enter the URL of your thank you page to see how many users are in with this setting.
