Create new ticket after get email

Hello,

i am introducing about buy full version of awesome-support plugin, but i need to know if this plugin know to create new ticket after get mail. Example : Customer send mail to help@domain.something mail will download to server and awesome-support plugin will create new ticket with information from email “name-email adress” “subject-subject” “body of message – body of mail”

I dont know if i wrote it correctly. Do you understand me?
