Could you let us know what version of PHP you are using?
For your second message, we’d need to see an error log or something like that to see the specific output. This doesn’t give us enough information to know what’s going on. Are they notices? Is it related to another plugin? Etc.

No i dont think its on another plugin.,
your plugin has some Deprecated functions and it doesn’t works well with php7.2
I went back to php7.1 now issue resolved.
