Hi,
My plugin does not use any redirecton, there must be some kind of conflict between your template or an other plugin.
If you can not access your WP admin panel, you should login to your hosing via FTP and delete the durectory of my plugin in wp-content/plugins

I haven’t found the root of this issue. I got to deactivate your plug-in and the site came back. Today I removed a redirect I had and re-activated your plug-in and went down again.
Now I think it’s definitely another plug-in. Any clue what could conflict with other plug-ins?¿

I’m having the same issues across multiple sites. Your plugin seems to be conflicting with another plugin I regularly use. This renders the wp-admin area into a 404 page. Also have issues with images not loading correctly after activating your tag manager.
Will get back to you with a list of plugins after I do some testing tonight.
